So much to see and do especially if you don't want to rush things. If it gets too much for you, you can always plan a day trip out of Prague, but I doubt it will.

as for how long - for city itself, 1 day is proly enough, but if you stay longer you can do some walking around - visit lookout tower Diana (you can also get there by cable car) and Goethe's lookout tower, visit "wildpark" Linhart, walk from Doubi to Loket (visit castle there) through Svatosske Skaly.
